What this site is
Kellyville Bathroom Renovations connects homeowners across the Hills district with a licensed builder. You send the details of your room, we arrange a measure, and you get a written quote from the business that would carry out the work.
We are not the builder ourselves. That is worth stating plainly, because plenty of sites in this industry are structured the same way and are considerably less direct about it.
Who does the work
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group Pty Ltd, which holds NSW contractor licence 493393C, Class: Builder, current to 24 March 2029. ABN 83 693 405 579.
You can check that yourself on the NSW Fair Trading register. It takes about thirty seconds and we would rather you did it than took our word for it. A licence number that can be verified is worth more than any badge on a website.
What we will not claim
We have no reviews to show you, because this is a new site with no trading history. We have not manufactured a star rating, we have not written testimonials, and we have not put a number of completed projects on the homepage.
We also will not quote a bathroom over the phone. The two things that most determine the price — the room's real dimensions and whether the waste positions can stay where they are — cannot be assessed without standing in the room.
Why the focus on Kellyville
Because the housing stock here has a specific character and the renovation advice follows from it.
The Hills estates are slab-on-ground project homes built from the early 1990s onward. That means no asbestos, predictable construction behind the tiles, and a hard constraint on moving plumbing at ground level. It also means most houses have two or three wet areas, which changes the sequencing conversation entirely.
A renovator who works across all of Sydney gives you generic advice. Knowing that a Glenwood bathroom is thirty years old and a Rouse Hill one is twelve leads to genuinely different recommendations — sometimes including the recommendation not to spend.
